Part Time Groundsperson & Gardener

Are you based in West Berkshire or the Vale of the White Horse?

We are looking for a part time experienced groundsperson to carry out estate and garden maintenance, general gardening duties and other seasonal maintenance and project work. Working as part of a small team, this is a varied and busy role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our wonderful Housekeeping team here at Sheepdrove and provide cleaning and caretaking support for all areas of the estate including holiday accommodation and public spaces to ensure they are maintained to the highest possible standard.

Please note that that housekeepers do need to be able to perform various physical activities which can be strenuous. Beside the physical requirements we are looking for a housekeeper with soft skills including attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration, organisational skills and time management, high energy levels and the ability to use a computer for email and mobile smartphone.

Occasional caretaking duties include locking the venue after evening events. The role does require some weekend work and split shifts.

Accommodation is available with an attractive barn conversion apartment on site. You must be an animal lover as there are dog, cat and chicken sitting duties when the farm owners away.
