“Integrated futures for farming and nature’s recovery – is there a win win scenario?”
An inspiring and informative afternoon spent in the company of the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust and a group of local land managers who had gathered for a rather blowy tractor and trailer ride at Sheepdrove Organic Farm on the Lambourn Downs and afterwards in the Oak Room to feast on a truly delicious afternoon tea and hear from Jake Fiennes (Director of Conservation on Holkham Estate, Norfolk and Author of essential read The Land Healer – How farming can save Britain’s Countryside), The Rt Honourable Lord Benyon (Appointed Minister of State at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) and Estelle Bailey (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust Chief Executive) on nature recovery in action. Many thanks to everyone who made it happen and everyone who attended.
