Harvest began on July 25th with the winter oats. With the weather on his side Gavin has finished the rye, winter oats, winter wheat and the Wildfarmed wheat.
Wildfarmed was founded by Andy Cato, an award-winning mixed arable and livestock farmer. Once a successful Grammy nominated musician (Grove Armada anyone?), Andy gave that up after reading about the dire state of modern food production. He went on to spend over a decade trying to find a more restorative and sustainable way of growing food. We are so pleased to be working with him!
