The pioneering green and sustainable events venue at Sheepdrove Organic Farm was opened by HM King Charles III, then HRH Prince of Wales in 2004. Surrounded by fields and woodlands, with spectacular views across rolling chalk downland, Sheepdrove combines beautiful surroundings with high standard and flexible facilities and an impressive variety of inspiring and versatile indoor and outdoor spaces. With multiple spaces of size, stunning outside areas and onsite and local accommodation, Sheepdrove is an ideal setting for events across consecutive days.

The Oak Room
Our versatile and creative venue is suitable for a wide range of private and corporate events. The flexible blank canvas of our largest event space is easily customised so event planners can unleash their creativity for a truly memorable experience. The Oak Room can be opened up to allow vehicle access or to stage exhibitions, product launches or concerts; it also has a viewing and production gallery, pitch perfect acoustics and abundant natural light. Designed for audiences, this luminous, modern rustic event space with endless possibilities delivers an inspiring yet relaxed setting for conferences, car launches, presentations, brand showcases, industry events, music recitals or spoken word performances. Up to 170 people can be seated on iconic Fritz Hansen Series 7 chairs, renowned for lasting comfort, beneath The Oak Room’s soaring vaulted ceiling.
The Dining Hall
Centred around a spectacular spiral stair case which encloses the pizza oven, the timber-framed, double-height, vaulted Dining Hall seats 100 on the ground floor and 40 on the Upper Dining Gallery. The glass doors of The Dining Hall open wide on to a tree-lined courtyard and an aromatic herb garden. Round tables are available for Banquet-Style Dining in The Upper Dining Room or our beautiful bespoke wooden tables handcrafted by sustainable English furniture maker Benchmark may be arranged in Family-Style, Cabaret or Hollow Square layouts. A classic French Charvet range cooker is the central focal point of the gleaming open professional kitchen.
The Beech Room
The Beech Room is a multi-functional space for up to 50 that can be adapted to suit your needs with multiple seating arrangements. Ideal for board meetings, team events, guest lectures, management meetings, group trainings, seminars and other educational-style meetings, its spacious contemporary interior maximises natural light and creates the perfect meeting environment. Sheepskin bean bags are on hand in The Beech Room to keep the atmosphere relaxed and provide opportunities for team-bonding and camaraderie-building. This flexible and adaptable space is also perfect for yoga and meditation sessions.
The Reception Hall
The lofty, light filled Reception Hall with floor-to-ceiling windows an impressive setting to meet and greet or host drinks reception and parties. The adjoining Upper Gallery with sheepskin sofas and the interconnecting Library with its comfortable red velvet seating offers additional spaces to network, brainstorm and socialise.
This circular quirky breakout space offers a calm and welcoming space for informal discussions, brainstorming sessions, creative thinking, or any meeting that calls for a relaxed atmosphere.
Furnished with comfy sheepskin sofas, this first floor space next to The Beech Room and overlooking The Reception Hall delivers a welcoming and casual area designed for networking, relaxation, and informal gatherings during your event.
An Open Space Venue
Space is undoubtedly Sheepdrove’s USP and, with acres of grounds at their disposal, event planners can get creative with design and theming. Food Trucks, Pizza Vans, Mobile Pop Up Bars and Horsebox Bars are popular options in The Courtyard, while The Paddock behind the venue is ideal for Barbecues and Spit Roasts.

Events Under Canvas
A truly versatile venue, Sheepdrove offers the perfect indoor and outdoor space for all kinds of fun interactive team building and corporate events designed to inspire and motivate. The paddock immediately behind the venue and the meadow at The Sheep Shed are available for tipis, bell tents and other unforgettable outdoor experiences for your team. A Bell Tent Village is an ideal way to create additional accommodation.
