Set in 2,000 acres of glorious rolling countryside and surrounded by organic fields and woodland, Sheepdrove offers a variety of unique rooms and diverse spaces suitable for events of every size, style and occasion, whether business or pleasure. The varied and versatile indoor and outdoor spaces on our organic farm deliver the perfect backdrop for company away days, team building events and group meetings as well as automative launches, receptions and celebratory dinners. Sheepdrove can be hired in its entirety or by individual spaces, with rental rates tailored to each inquiry to accommodate customer needs.

The Oak Room

Our versatile and creative venue is suitable for a wide range of private and corporate events. The flexible blank canvas of our largest event space is easily customised so event planners can unleash their creativity for a truly memorable experience. The Oak Room can be opened up to allow vehicle access or to stage exhibitions, product launches or concerts; it also has a viewing and production gallery, pitch perfect acoustics and abundant natural light. Designed for audiences, this luminous, modern rustic event space with endless possibilities delivers an inspiring yet relaxed setting for conferences, car launches, presentations, brand showcases, industry events, music recitals or spoken word performances. Up to 170 people can be seated on iconic Fritz Hansen Series 7 chairs, renowned for lasting comfort, beneath The Oak Room’s soaring vaulted ceiling

Oak Room

The Beech Room

The Beech Room is a multi-functional space for up to 50 that can be adapted to suit your needs with multiple seating arrangements. Ideal for board meetings, team events, guest lectures, management meetings, group trainings, seminars and other educational-style meetings, its spacious contemporary interior maximises natural light and creates the perfect meeting environment. Sheepskin bean bags are on hand in The Beech Room to keep the atmosphere relaxed and provide opportunities for team-bonding and camaraderie-building. This flexible and adaptable space is also perfect for yoga and meditation sessions.

The Reception Hall

The lofty, light filled Reception Hall with floor-to-ceiling windows an impressive setting to meet and greet or host drinks reception and parties. The adjoining Upper Gallery with sheepskin sofas and the interconnecting Library with its comfortable red velvet seating offers additional spaces to network, brainstorm and socialise.

A Calm Space

The circular Rooks Nest Tower is a quirky breakout space that delivers a secluded and serene space for informal discussions, brainstorming sessions, creative thinking, therapy sessions, or any meeting or event that calls for a relaxed atmosphere.

Corporate & Wellness Retreats

Corporate and wellness retreats take place in our eco-friendly onsite accommodation with 15 bedrooms between three converted farm buildings, The Boathouse, Woodend and Nutwood. Sheepdrove’s farm stays have been awarded Green Tourism Gold Awards by leading independent sustainable business certification Green Tourism.

The Open Kitchen

Sheepdrove’s gleaming open professional kitchen is equipped with commercial catering equipment and a pizza oven. Perfect for pop up restaurants, supper clubs, parties, celebrations, birthdays and events.

The Dining Hall

Centred around a spectacular spiral stair case which encloses the pizza oven, the timber-framed, double-height, vaulted Dining Hall seats 100 on the ground floor and 40 on the Upper Dining Gallery. The glass doors of The Dining Hall open wide on to the tree-lined courtyard out front and aromatic herb garden at the back, both perfect for summer pre or post dinner drinks.

Flexible Outdoor Spaces

A truly versatile venue, Sheepdrove offers you the perfect indoor and outdoor space for all kinds of fun interactive team building and corporate events designed to inspire and motivate your team to work together. The paddock immediately behind the venue and the meadow at The Sheep Shed are available for tipis, bell tents and other unforgettable outdoor experiences for your team. A Bell Tent Village is an ideal way to create additional accommodation.
