Whilst we strive to keep our information correct, details may change at any time. Where third party events and locations are described please check with the individual venues before journeying out.

We welcome other sites linking to Sheepdrove Organic Farm, but would prefer that links refer directly to our homepage ( and not to specific pages within the site. Our site is created dynamically, and page URLs may change. Please do not load our site into 'framed' pages within other sites.

5. Bookings

Payment and security

Any event or accommodation bookings placed through this website can be paid for securely using your credit or debit card. We accept all major cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Delta. 

Payments are processed via Sagepay and your credit card details are fully encrypted when you place your order. This means your card details are not seen by any members of Sheepdrove staff nor are they stored in any form at Sheepdrove Organic Farm.

6. Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products or services, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund,  a credit note or voucher. We reserve the right to request for products to be returned before issuing a refund or credit note. Any returns will be treated on a case by case basis.

7. Accommodation

Sheepdrove Eco Conference Centre reserves the right to release the booking and re-let the facilities if the Terms and Conditions have not been accepted. Upon booking the facilities you agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated below: 

Final numbers, all other arrangements and requests should be confirmed at least 7 days before arrival. Any reduction to rooms made within the 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full. 

Sheepdrove Eco Centre request full payment upon booking. 

In the event of cancellations every attempt will be made to re-sell the facilities. Where this is successful, cancellation charges will be reduced accordingly. 

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

Notice given                  Amount charged

12 weeks or more            25% of the total amount charged

6 to 2 weeks before         50% retained

2 weeks or less                 Full amount charged

A maximum of 18 persons can occupancy Woodend Accommodation at one time. 

An accommodation welcome pack with key information will be explained upon arrival and displayed in the central kitchen area. 

Check in time is from 4pm unless prior arrangement has been made at the time of the booking. An early check in may incur additional charges. 

Check out time is by 10am unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of the booking. A late checkout must be agreed in advance with the Eco Centre and may incur additional charges.  

Beverages from the fridge will be charged additionally. 

Loss of key(s) will result in a charge of £50 per key. 

The client is responsible for any damage caused to Sheepdrove accommodation, contents and grounds, either by willful act or neglect of the delegates or guests and shall pay to Sheepdrove Eco Centre the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. 

Sheepdrove Eco Centre reserves the right to cancel a booking if the Centre’s management judge that a booking may prejudice the reputation of the Centre or Sheepdrove Organic Farm. 

If Sheepdrove Eco Centre is unable to honour this booking or any part of its services for any cause outside of its control, it shall be entitled to cancel the booking without liability. 

Please note that Woodend Accommodation is a non-smoking building. 

Pets are not permitted in Woodend Accommodation bedrooms. Well behaved small dogs are welcome in the communal areas, by prior arrangement. 

There is an inventory comprising of cutlery, crockery etc. which will be checked before arrival and on departure. Any discrepancies will be charged for in full. 

Unbleached organic linen and towels are provided. 

All extra items are to be settled on departure. 

Chinese lanterns are not permitted. 

Please note that the table in the communal area can seat up to 10 guests. Additional seating can be provided with prior notice. 

Woodend is a self-catering lodge. Our onsite conference centre is normally closed at weekends and there is not a 24hr restaurant onsite. Our main dining room is used for conference and events we have taking place in the centre only. Meals can be arranged for Woodend with prior notice.
