Ingredients
Combine lime flesh, garlic, chilli powder, paprika and sugar in a bowl. Add the wings and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Thread the wings onto parallel skewers. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Grill wings over medium hot coals for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until the meat at the bone is opaque and the juices run clear. Serve hot with creamy avocado salsa for dipping, optional.
Can be marinated up to 8 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
